A finely made oval coffee table combining warm, figured mahogany with a broad inset band of tooled leather.
The top has a quarter-veneered mahogany centre surrounded by a wide leather border enriched with gilt foliate tooling. A crossbanded mahogany surround and moulded outer edge emphasise the table’s balanced oval outline.
The table is supported by a turned central pedestal, raised on four swept legs terminating in brass caps and castors.
